탄자니아의 주류 언론인 "데일리 뉴스"는 지난 주말,,시그다 지역으로 이동하여 광케이블 척추 네트워크 프로젝트를 검사했습니다. 이 프로젝트는 Singida와 Mbeya 지역을 연결하는 총 265 킬로미터의 길이를 가지고 있습니다. Yonaz said that the Tanzanian government is promoting the construction of optical cable backbone networks across the country to fulfill its promise of providing reliable and high-quality communication services to all Tanzanian people.
정보통신부 정보통신기술국장 Communications and Information Technology of Tanzania said that the Tanzanian government is improving communication infrastructure in border areas and intends to extend mobile communication networks to Burundi, 말라위, 케냐, 르완다, 우간다, 잠비아, 모잠비크, 콩고 (DRC).
